Easier-to-Use Interface: Making the extensive address-finding and travel tools in StreetFinder 98 easy-to-use and approachable is a top priority at Rand McNally. The new design is simpler and more contemporary. A straight-forward set of buttons allows you to logically find addresses, locate businesses, and orient yourself to new places.
Address-to-Address Directions: Through a link within Rand McNally StreetFinder '98 to the Internet, users can find their way easily from one address to another. Travelers can enter an origin and destination within a metropolitan area and StreetFinder 98 will automatically display directions to guide them from one address to the other.
Travel Notes: Travelers can collect and organize information on hotels, restaurants, business listings and attractions, selecting their favorite or most important listings to include in their Travel Notes. These can be combined with street maps, directions and travel reservations for easy on-the-road reference, or to print and take along.
Improved Annotation Tools in Rand McNally StreetFinder '98: New drawing tools give users more power to customize their maps.
