You may return most UNOPENED (not taken out of its plastic wrap) items sold by e-dealsUSA.com for exchange or full refund. Restocking Fees will be deducted from returned products. Returns must occur within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error. NOTE: OPENED software is not returnable for refund or exchange.

In cases of return, you must E-Mail E-Deals USA, Inc. to determine if the the product can be returned. If it qualifies, you will be provided an "RMA number." INFORMATION REQUIRED: Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the Title of the Product, and the Specific Problem you have encountered. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us or E-Mail us for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
